SANTA CLARA, Santa Clara County — A proposed development at 4160–4230 Network Circle was presented for public environmental-scoping and community discussion in August 2026. The plan described by city officials and the applicant totals 584 housing units.
The proposal includes 120 affordable apartments, 416 townhomes and 48 single-family residences, as well as three proposed parks totaling about seven acres. Named park concepts include Lafayette Street Public Park, Clocktower Park and Greenway Park. The city expressly states that Agnews Historic Park is not part of the proposed development area.
What is approved?
The August scoping meeting described an early public-review stage, not a final approval of homes, park designs or construction dates. Residents concerned about access, traffic and environmental impacts should follow the official project file and later planning hearings. For the project, the city lists Senior Planner Nimisha Agrawal as a municipal contact.
